Proposed 2010 Bond Program - UPDATED MAY 8, 2010
In a unanimous vote, the Richardson City Council has approved placing a bond election before voters on
the May 8, 2010 ballot. The issues - totaling $66M - will be separated into four propositions, allowing
residents to support or deny any set of proposed City projects:

FOR: 64.19% (4,486)
AGAINST: 35.81% (2,503)
PASSED: Proposition 2: Park and Recreation Facilities ($22.6M)
FOR: 57.31% (4,010)
AGAINST: 42.69% (2,987)
PASSED: Proposition 3: Municipal Public Buildings ($10.5M)
FOR: 55.98% (3,910)
AGAINST: 44.02% (3,075)
PASSED: Proposition 4: Neighborhood Vitality Projects ($8.2M)
FOR: 57.88% (4,053)
AGAINST: 42.12% (2,949)
