CoR Streets Division has been notified about the pothole in the middle of Woodoak Drive (at 1511). A crew will
be out today to evaluate the needed street repair. It is possible they will repair today - if not, they will
schedule the repair. More info to follow.

Owens Terminus Maintenance

Short of the one "leaky" sprinkler head, the Owens Terminus is looking soooo much better! The area is being
mowed on schedule. Also, a faulty controller was preventing the grassy areas from being watered - it has been
fixed. Finally, all the dead trees were replaced today!

Lookout Park is maintained by CoR Parks crew and the new Owens Terminus is maintained by the contractor
that mows the Owens medians to the south. The Terminus will be maintained on a 10-day rotation. FYI -
Lookout Park is mowed on a 7-day rotation because it is an athletic complex and needs to be maintained for
playability and the athletes' safety. CoR is following up with the contractor to resolve any miscommunication
and make sure they are out at the Terminus ASAP - the City recently accepted the planting and the Terminus
should have been added to the contractor's rotation to maintain.

It seems like crews were out in Lookout Park early this week, but Owens Terminus wasn’t mowed. Its looking a
little brown and quite weedy (there are even a couple of weeds knee-high) compared to Lookout Park and
Owens Median. They are still tweaking the sprinkler system and the sod is new, but Owens Terminus doesn’t
seem to have made it into the rotation yet. Katherine Cargile to follow-up on mowing schedule.
